1. How far in advance do I have to order?
We'll do our very best to accommodate your time-frame. The sooner you contact us, the better! Wedding and large special event cakes should be ordered at least one month in advance.
2. How do I set up a cake tasting?
Please call us on 012-304 6118 to confirm/schedule an appointment. We'll serve you a sampling of cake flavors and talk about your cake design. Tastings are $20, and if you decide to book your cake with us the cost goes toward your order. We can schedule a meeting during the weekend.
3. What designs do we have?
Most of the designs we have done are all up on the gallery. Use them as an inspiration for your order!
4. Can the sugar art decor be eaten?
It is sugar and yes it can be eaten. These sugar paste (aka fondant) is made out of sugar, vinegar and marshmallows.
5. How does delivery work?
We deliver in the Klang Valley area. Delivery cost will be based on the distance from the bakery.
6. What is your return policy?
Due to the time-consuming handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges. You can, however, expect the highest level of service from us.
